Data Protection risk scoring
AI-powered analysis assesses sensitive-content exposure and assigns risk scores. Admins can identify high-risk sharing patterns and prioritize remediation.
Automated data scanning
Background scanning analyzed files and folders for sensitive content. Admins could configure scan intervals and review updated assessments as analysis rules changed.
Application logo refresh
Application logos refreshed automatically, with improved matching when app names changed.
🎓 Phishing & Training
Vanta framework integration
Link trainings to Vanta compliance frameworks. Track training completion for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other compliance requirements directly from elba. Automated sync keeps Vanta updated with training progress.
Last activity dates
Issues now display "last activity" instead of "last updated" for better context. See when security issues were actually worked on, not just when metadata changed. Helps prioritize active threats over stale entries.
🤖 Playbooks & Automation
Playbook ordering
Save and customize the execution order of playbooks. Control how automation workflows run and ensure dependencies are handled correctly. Order persists across playbook activations and edits.
Source connection monitoring
Playbooks now detect and handle source connection errors gracefully. Automatic status badges show connection health, alerts notify admins of issues, and playbook runs pause until connections restore. Automatic restart when sources reconnect.
