Training quizzes

Create, deliver, and report on quizzes

Admins can create, edit, preview, AI-generate, and translate quiz questions, then enable quizzes for individual trainings. Scores are available in training programs, employee details, reports, exports, and the member portal.

Communication preferences

Per-user notification channels

For organizations included in the controlled rollout, employees can choose Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Chat as their preferred notification channel. Admins can view, filter, and bulk-update these preferences, and supported notifications honor each user's selection.

Playbooks

More context and control

Playbook details now include a read-only workflow preview. New conditions cover Data Protection risk and third-party trust status, while notification actions can target selected admins.

CVE and data-breach notifications are also grouped by application to reduce duplicate alerts.

Browser Security preview

Organizations in the Browser Security preview can use Browser Playbooks to respond to sensitive AI prompts, unauthorized application visits, and suspected data exfiltration. Configured actions can notify admins or block an action, with outcomes available in the action log.
