A new Playbooks experience

The redesigned Playbooks experience is now the default. It combines a template library, a visual condition-and-action editor, draft and activation controls, searchable playbook lists, recent activity, and pause or resume controls.

Security insights

Data Protection and Third-Party Apps Radars

Data Protection Radar and Third-Party Apps Radar are now generally available. Data Protection Radar brings frequent recipients, high-risk exposures, common exposure patterns, and overly shared data into one view.

Managers and leaderboards

Team-level security progress

The manager experience and detailed leaderboard profiles are now generally available. Managers can review their team's security progress, open individual user details, and take action on training status.

Admin experience

Clearer navigation

Updated page headers, breadcrumbs, a collapsible sidebar, direct Access Review activity navigation, and easier access to notifications simplify moving around the admin workspace.

Tenant management and API

• Tenant administrators can review deployment health for each organization and manage owner access from the tenant dashboard.
• The public Users API now includes each user's role.
