Data-protection issues no longer list removed sharing

In GET /v1/data-protection, an issue's permissions no longer includes sharing removed from the issue by an administrator, the employee, a playbook or Sam. Previously, removed grants appeared next to live ones, so a tool reading the API could count a removed recipient as exposure. The list now matches the OpenAPI reference, which already described it as current. See Public API.
